About Me

Dr. Jeremy So

Care that looks at the whole person, not just the presenting problem.

That’s the principle behind Dr Jeremy So’s approach to general practice. A Queensland-trained GP serving North Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region, he holds Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and brings a holistic, evidence-based lens to every consultation — treatment plans built around the individual, not a standard protocol.

His Path to General Practice

Before medicine, Dr Jeremy spent years as a pharmacist, starting in 2009. It gave him an early, close-up view of how medications, lifestyle, and long-term health outcomes intersect — a perspective that still shapes his approach today. He went on to study medicine at the University of Queensland, then built broad clinical experience across hospital and general practice settings, treating patients at every stage of life.
